Following up on the success of our first SOL Sustainable development, KRDB is in the site plan approval stages for the next iteration of SOL – our MLK Mixed Use project.  Scheduled to break ground in early 2016, this 25,000 sf live/work+mixed use project takes the same sustainable principles of SOL and moves them along the urban transect closer to downtown.  More information to follow.
