KRDB and ma modular will be fabricating one of our four Quintero residences at the 2016 NAHB International Builder’s Show (http://buildersshow.com/Home/). This home is one of four that will ultimately be part of a four unit Small Lot Development in the LA neighborhood of Echo Park.
Following up on the success of our first SOL Sustainable development, KRDB is in the site plan approval stages for the next iteration of SOL – our MLK Mixed Use project. Scheduled to break ground in early 2016, this 25,000 sf live/work+mixed use project takes the same sustainable principles of SOL and moves them along the urban transect closer to downtown. ma has recently complete the prototype of its version 2.0 casita plan.
ma and KRDB are currently working on three projects, totaling 23 houses, in Los Angeles, with developer/partner LOF (http://www.lof.la/). Two projects in Echo Park utilize the COLA’s new “small lot ordinance” (Belmont and Quintero). More news to come.
